Service PLAN

We provide a wide range of remote and on-site IT support services, flexibly tailored to meet the needs of businesses and individuals of different sizes. The plans are suitable for users with 1 to 20 computers and cover remote technical support, ticketing systems, and WhatsApp communication.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Support requests outside office hours will be handled on the next business day, though you may also opt for additional paid services to receive immediate or emergency assistance.

We provide pay-per-visit on-site support services, with each visit including 2 hours of service.
The reference fee is HKD $600 per visit.

For services provided outside office hours, an additional 50% surcharge will apply.
For emergency calls, an additional 100% surcharge will apply.
